Monday Magic !

Todays Monday Magic moment is about creating in a time where art and music, photography can have THE MOST MEANING

We are now experiencing some of the toughest times I have seen our nation experience, from the Covid-19 Pandemic, to the currently existing and ever so important George Floyd murder and Protests in America, and now around the GLOBE!

I have heard of these things in our history happening but never in my lifetime did I think I would actually experience such things as Riots, Looting, mass vadalism, harsh racism.

What does this mean for ME? what does this mean for our nation? How do we make changes and create change in our world, where its needed the most and so FAST!

Tonight , protesters are due to meet up and show their support near my home city.
While I want to make a difference, I also dont want to get caught in the crossfires of some of the crazy backlash that occurs during these events.

So How can I make a difference? I am a creative artist. A musician, a photographer and most of all, a human who lives in the world with a lifetime feeling of wanting everyone to just have respect for each other.

Mondays from this day forward, will be my day to present you with something to think about for the week. Something to make magic in your world, in your week, in your community and to help make things so much better in the world, even if its just a simple thought.

So today, as you walk thru the day , and reflect on the madness going on in this cold world right now filled with so much FEAR, so much ANGER today, so much DESIRE for change …… Realize that until we all STAND AS ONE and make a difference in demanding we are all equal and have a voice, we won’t have anything but what we have had to date. Take a moment to ask even a random stranger “ How are you today” show some empathy and care for your fellow man because if we dont start to care about each other , the word CARE has no meaning anymore.

Im going to take some time today to capture photos that show CARING LOVE for one another in my community ! Be well!

Mobile Photography

Mobile phones over the years have offered much more then just a text or call.

Content creation being a major part of the future, I enjoy using my iPhone and Moment Lens systems to get some of the best photos !

I started using them when their first series of lens were available and have kept a set of them on hand now thru V2 of the lenses.
I most enjoy the 58mm Telephoto and Macro lenses, which you will see in my photos from my personal instagram profile mainly.

The quality of the images I get using Moment and my iPhone 11 Pro Max are very solid, almost as good and for online users, just as good as using my Fuji Xt-4 camera.

The Fuji Xt-4 - total game changer for me!

Fuji Xt-4 My New Photography and Vlogging companion !

I had the chance to upgrade my Camera so I upgraded it to the new Fuji XT-4
Having already had other Fuji Cameras, and deciding to enter into the Blogging and Vlogging world, I figured this to be a solid decision .

I am not extremely big on all of the Specs and nano tech pieces of products, so my reviews and thoughts on products will ALMOST always be from the general users perspective as an every day person considering a product or planning purchases.

There are many things about FUJI that I LOVE and of which make a solid fit for me.
First and foremost, its not the “ Canon “ or the “ Nikon” . I know, this might sound odd, but when I say ,I am NOT the average every day person in any way no matter where you stack me up, it makes sense that I would enjoy and love a camera also not fitting what everyone else runs to first.

The Fuji system on my first feeling in the hands was very comfortable! I started with the Xt2 , upgraded to the Xt3, Switched to the XH1 Sold it all and went back first with the Xt-3 and then moved finally into the Xt 4 most recently.
I like the fact that Fuji is constantly updating their firmware, they listen to their followers, and they have some of the BEST GLASS out there. Initially as you see above, I sold my kit and considered moving to one of the other brands. This was mainly due to the fact I was finding limitations and the Fuji Lens to be costly. I made the mistake thinking that I would enjoy using Canon systems and being able to use more lenses from other manufactures thus expanding my lens library .
HOW WRONG I ended up being and soon missed my Fuji more and more as time went on. SO I reinvested the money from the previous sale and selected lenses I gravitated towards.

Currently I love the fact Fuji has upgraded the Xt-4 to include a fully articulating Screen for Vloggers .

While the camera set up is not cheap, its still right in line with everyone else, and for travel, day trips etc. the Fuji Mirrorless system is MY go to for photography and now creating videos. I know the quality is great, and the gear lasts! If my friends over at Moment stand behind FujiFilm, you know its gotta be good!

Getting back to my roots!

In this time of the Corona Virus, ( #covid19) many of us have gone through many phases of dealing with it.

My current and most recent includes using the time for greater things and preparing for the future of whats to come once this is all over.
Will businesses be the same? Will we still thrive on in person direct sales and business venues or is this the start of a society where most of what makes us HUMAN has been altered and or is being denied .

MUSIC , has always been a part of my soul, so I am rebuilding my home music studio to start creating Music again.

Currently I have a Mac based system and use programs like Logic Pro X, Reason, FL Studio 20 and of course, I am a vocalist so I like to add my two cents in that department hehehe

I am considering the Komplete Kontrol S49 for my midi input system and composition set up tool. Looks like a neat board and offers alot of options.

I would love to hear what you have used and think of this option.
